US government website used Chinese model the FBI called "malicious"

The Federal Register website briefly used an open source Chinese AI search tool, which the FBI considers 'malicious'. The tool, called Youdao, was used for about a week before being removed. Youdao is an AI-powered search engine developed by NetEase, a Chinese technology company.
