Launch HN: Skillsync (YC W26) – AI chat sessions made portable across agents

Skillsync is a universal converter for AI chat sessions that allows users to move conversations across different coding agents, breaking down the sessions and making them searchable and portable. The tool uses an open-source Rust engine called txcript to translate sessions from one agent's format to another, and a local-first desktop app to surface the sessions in a readable format. Skillsync also allows users to create shared workspaces and build closed-loop systems.
