Launch HN: Skillsync (YC W26) – AI chat sessions made portable across agents

Skillsync is a tool that allows users to move AI chat sessions across different coding agents, enabling them to switch between agents without starting over. It uses an open-source Rust engine called txcript to translate sessions between agents and a local-first desktop app to surface sessions in a readable format.
