Part-human part-mouse brain developed in science breakthrough

Scientists have successfully developed a brain that is a hybrid of human and mouse brain cells, a breakthrough that could lead to new insights into human brain development and potentially treat neurological disorders. The team of researchers from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) used a combination of human and mouse stem cells to create the hybrid brain, which was then grown in a lab dish. The hybrid brain, also known as a chimera, was shown to develop and function similarly to a normal mouse brain, with a mix of human and mouse brain cells.
