Apple might make servers again to cash in on the AI rush
Apple is reportedly planning to re-enter the server market, potentially partnering with Nvidia, to capitalize on the growing demand for compute power in the AI industry. Apple discontinued its Xserve line in 2011 and has since outsourced server production to other manufacturers. The move would see Apple competing in the server market again, a space it last occupied over a decade ago.
