Swift 6.4 Released

Swift 6.4 has been released, a major update to the popular programming language, which includes the addition of a new `@unchecked` attribute for function arguments, as well as improvements to the `Result` type and the `map` function. The update also includes performance improvements and bug fixes. The release is available for download on the Swift website. The previous version was Swift 6.3, and before that was Swift 6.2. Swift 6.4 is the latest version of the language, which was first released in 2014.
