Largest known Roman mosaic, beneath Baths of Trajan, opens to the public

The largest known Roman mosaic, measuring 1,800 square meters, has been discovered beneath the Baths of Trajan in Rome. The mosaic, dating back to the 2nd century AD, features intricate designs and decorations. The excavation and restoration process took around 4 years, and it is now open to the public. The mosaic is significant not only for its size but also for its preservation, with much of the original material still intact.
