Microsoft puts Brad Smith in charge of communications

Microsoft is restructuring its communications group, moving it from the marketing department to Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) under vice chair and president Brad Smith, who will oversee communications until a replacement is found for departing chief communications officer Frank Shaw.
