Nikon has released an updated version of its Z5 II camera, the Z5 IIC, which removes features to make it more affordable for novice photographers. The Z5 IIC starts at $1,649.95, which is $200 less than the Z5 II. The Z5 IIC has the same 24.3-megapixel full-frame sensor and 5-axis in-body image stabilization as the Z5 II, but it lacks the vari-angle touchscreen LCD and the advanced metering and autofocus modes. The Z5 IIC also has a lower burst mode speed and no support for RAW image capture. The Z5 II, released in 2021, was a minor upgrade to the original Z5.
