San Francisco sues Trump Media for selling early access to Trump posts

San Francisco has filed a lawsuit against Trump Media & Technology Group for allegedly selling early access to President Trump's posts on Truth Social, claiming it's a corrupt business scheme. The lawsuit alleges that the company is violating California's Unfair Competition Law by offering exclusive access to the Truth API feed. The suit was filed in California state court.
