Saudi Arabia wants a car industry, launches Ceer with two EVs

Saudi Arabia has launched a new car manufacturer, Ceer, in a joint venture with Foxconn, a Taiwanese electronics giant. The new company aims to produce electric vehicles (EVs) in the country.
