Turn off and restrict access to Apple Intelligence features on Mac

Users can restrict access to Apple's Intelligence features, such as Siri, Spotlight, and Dictation, on their Mac by turning them off in System Preferences. This can be done by going to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Apple ID, then selecting the 'Password & Security' tab and clicking on 'Manage' next to 'Password & Security'.
