Paramount settles lawsuit blocking $110 billion Warner Bros. merger

Paramount has settled a lawsuit blocking its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, removing a major roadblock to the merger. The settlement was reached with California and 11 other states that sued to block the deal. Under the proposed consent decree, Paramount has agreed to certain requirements.
