Disney+ has updated its user agreement to allow ads before movies in all subscriptions, reversing its previous stance of not showing ads. The change applies to all paid subscriptions, including the $6.99/month ad-free option, and will not include ads during content or pause. The new policy takes effect in the US on February 1, 2024.
