UTF-8000: Unlimited UTF-8

UTF-8000 is a proposed extension to the UTF-8 character encoding standard, aiming to provide an unlimited number of code points without increasing the complexity of the encoding. The proposal is currently being discussed on the Unicode Consortium's website.
